Kruso Kapital, following its listing on the Euronext Growth Pro market of the Italian Stock Exchange in January 2024, has reached another milestone with the completion of the acquisition of a large pawnbroking portfolio in Naples, adding almost 500 new customers to the existing 33,500 and 1,500 policies to the approximately 70,000 already in place. With this acquisition, the first in 2024, Kruso Kapital confirms its position as the leading bank operator in the pawnbroking market in Italy.
Kruso Kapital is also growing on the digital front thanks to the launch of the first app that completely digitalises the pawn loan process, from the preliminary valuation of the assets to the proposal and disbursement of the loan, including the renewal of the policy and its subsequent cancellation. From November K2023 to date, the new Kruso Kapital app has already received more than 3,800 registrations, demonstrating the interest in the service and the convenience that comes with a fully digital solution.
