INTERNAL DEALING PROCEDURE

The Internal Dealing Procedure identifies the “Relevant Persons”, defining their conduct and disclosure obligations, as well as the person responsible for receiving, managing and disseminating such information. The Procedure also serves as a means of informing and raising awareness among Relevant Persons regarding the obligations imposed upon them by applicable laws and regulations.
