Kruso Kapital S.p.A., a Banca Sistema Group company operating in the pawnbroking sector, launches its first mobile app to fully digitise the pawnbroking process. Available free of charge for both iOS and Android, the new Kruso Kapital app combines technology and innovation with an elegant design that guarantees, first of all, a simple, secure and immediate user experience.
The innovative breakthrough in pawnbroking is the underwriting and subsequent issuance of unique digital bearer policies with loan disbursement directly into a bank account, without the need to visit a branch.
The innovative Kruso Kapital App allows you to reach a financing agreement directly through the application and manage the transport of the goods from the customer's home, using vehicles authorized for the transport of valuables made available by the company.
The new fully digital pawnbroking service is in line with the development strategy of Kruso Kapital and the Banca Sistema Group to continue to innovate and offer its customers a unique, increasingly accessible and secure service, now also from the living room of your own home, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by technology.
The Kruso Kapital app offers a solution that meets the needs of an increasingly digital market and customers, without neglecting sustainability, an aspect on which Kruso Kapital is strongly focused: in fact, the entire process, in addition to being completely paperless (policies go from paper to digital), contributes to the reduction of CO2, since it is no longer necessary to go to the branches.
A key role in the development of the application was played by Oracle Consulting, which, in collaboration with PIC IT solution, took care of the end-to-end service design, including the design of the customer journey, allowing Kruso Kapital to define the new internal processes by meeting the change management needs associated with the innovation.
