The first App on the market capable of digitizing the entire pawn credit process using blockchain technology and NFTs records approximately 20,000 downloads and 15,000 registrations, highlighting an engagement rate of over 75%.
Since November 2023, over 950 loan requests have been received via the App, a trend that underlines how our digital solution responds perfectly to the growing demand for access to completely online financial services aimed at satisfying everyone's needs. The App allows the integrated management of the disbursement of the loan, but also of the signing of the policy as well as the evaluation of the assets, facilitating a process that up until a few months could only be carried out by going to the branch.
27% of our customers are enabled for online services, with almost 22% of paper policies renewed online via App and over 12% of digital policies out of the total policies issued at a national level, constantly growing, recording 18% in last month.
